I think you could get one from the Breeding Centre, I'm pretty sure they have Ponytas on their list. They'll send one to you for free since you are new here. Or you could check if anyone is selling Ponytas on this network [there happens to be that OOC/pokedaycare post from Rikkufeel free to make Mitsuki pay for either that or shoes or both if you want], because lots of people end up with baby Pokémon and then they'll send them to whoever wants them. It might cost you some money if it's not from Souji's place though, but they might also come with some cool moves right from the start. So, it's also worth the money. Everyone usually sells them to new people too.
