[ The feed opens to the image of two wide, bright blue eyes staring curiously at the camera. It then zooms out, as Menma pulls the device away from her face. Her finger then appears, to poke at the screen. ]

Can anyone see me? You can see me, right?

[ There's more poking, and then, a wide smile cracks on her gentle features. ]

I'm Menma! Nice to meet you all! I was told I can use this thing to talk to everyone, so~ Hmmmmm...

[ She glances around briefly, before returning her attention back to the camera. ]

So, who wants to catch Nokemon with me? It'll be fun, promise! Let's become friends and have adventures together. Okay? Bye!

[ A soft giggle, then the camera view shakes as Menma tries to find the switch-off button of her new shiny Pokegear. Eventually the feed turns off. ]


[ Action ]

[ Whoever is walking in the streets of New Bark Town can see the figure of a young girl who stands out, more or less, because of her white flowing dress and the fact that she's barefoot. Menma is trotting happily without a care in the world, humming in a sing-song tone in rythm with the music on the background. At her feet, a Petilil is following along in the same chipper manner. One would assume she doesn't know where the hell she's going... ]

[ OMG someone is talking from this thing! Menma brings the pokegear closer... so close that it zooms again to her face. ]

A friend? Really? [ Huge grin! ] Hello, Uumaria! [ Menma no... ]

Of course, Maria has a who-le lot of friends, so Memna can just be Maria's newest friend! [ what are honorifics, why would anyone use them, let's just go ahead and call each other by our first name.. ]

Then we're going to be friends from now on. I want to know all of Uumaria's friends, so I can be friends with them too!

[ Blink blink, and a tilt of her head. ] Uumaria doesn't have uu?

Uu-, no! Maria's saying that Maria is Maria, not Uumaria! [ she huffs a little, but it's just.. you know, a kid being pouty.. it fades soon after. ]

Maria's name would be a little weird if it was like that, right? Then Maria's name wouldn't be like the Holy Virgin Mary's anymore!

Yeah! But it wasn't just Anaru. There's also Jintan, Yukiatsu, Tsuruko, and Poppo! [ She makes a weird gesture with her hands, getting in a pose. ] Together we form the Super Peace Busters!
